The Father of Angklung Daeng Sutigna first created the diatonic angklung in 1938. ImageSekaa Angklung Smarajaya yang bernaung dalam Sanggar Tari Smarajaya, Banjar Penyarikan, Desa Adat Bualu, Benoa menyatakan protes keras kepada Dinas Kebudayaan Badung. Pasalnya selaku juara satu dalam Festival Budaya Kabupaten Badung di taman ayun beberapa waktu lalu, ternyata tidak diikutkan tampil mewakili Badung ke tingkat propinsi dalam PKB 2008 nanti. "Kami sudah meminta penjelasan ke Dinas Kebudayaan, katanya sudah ada keputusan digantikan oleh wakil lain agar ada pemerataan. Alasan ini tidak bisa kami terima, karena tidak masuk akal," tegas Sekretaris Sanggar Tari Smarajaya, I Made Lila mencak-mencak, Senin (17/2) kemarin.

Lila kepada DenPost menjelaskan, pihaknya saat tampil dalam Festival Budaya Kabupaten Badung yang digelar di Taman Ayun, anak-anak asuhannya berhasil meraih juara pertama. Sudah menjadi sesuatu yang lazim dan biasa terjadi, yang keluar sebagai juara pertama di Badung berhak tampil mewakili Badung di tingkat yang lebih tinggi yaitu di PKB Propinsi Bali. Namun, beberapa hari lau dia menerima kabar kalau, pihaknya tidak akan diikutkan dalam PKB 2008 nanti mewakili Badung walaupun sebagai juara pertama.

Untuk memastikan isu tersebut dia bersama Ketua Sanggar, I Ketut Subrata Yoga mendatangi Dinas Kebudayaan Badung, kemarin dan diterima Kasi Pengembangan Seni dan Penghargaan Dinas Kebudayaan Kabupaten Badung, Arsini. Menurut Lila, Arsini mengatakan kalau hal itu sudah menjadi keputusan, agar terjadi pemerataan Angklung Smarajaya diganti oleh angklung lain saat tampil di PKB nanti. Dia mengaku sudah menyampaikan protes langsung, karena pihaknya tidak pernah diberitahu ada penggantian. Namun, Arsini bersikukuh karena hal itu sudah menjadi keputusan dan tidak bisa dirubah lagi.

Seharusnya, menurut Lila seperti biasanya, yang keluar sebagai juara pertama di Badung secara otomatis mewakili Badung di propinsi. Kalau ada kebijakan atau perubahan mestinya ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya. "Terus terang saya sangat kecewa, karena anak-anak sudah yakin dan siap untuk tampil di propinsi. Ini sam halanya dengan membunuh semangat mereka, Ini adap apa? Jangan-jangan ada permaianan," tegas Lila.

Namun, Lila mengatakan pihaknya tidak akan menyerah dan akan terus berupaya menyelesaikan hal ini. "Tadi saya mencoba bertemu dengan pak Kadis Kebudayaan, untuk memastikan apakah benar ini sudah keputusan. Tapi beliaunya tidak ada," katanya lagi pendidikan di luar kota, imbuhnya.

Jika nantinya tetap tidak ada perubahan dalam beberapa hari ini, Lila mengatakan akan bersurat langsung ke Bupati untuk minta bantuan menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Sebagai orang nomor satu di Badung, dia mengaku yakin Bupati akan merespon keluhannya itu.

Karena jika hal ini tidak ditindaklanjuti akan mematikan semangat anak asuhnya yang sebagain besar adalah generasi muda dalam mempertahankan seni budaya dan jiwa berkesenian mereka yang cukup tinggi. "Ini murni karena panggilan jiwa seni, kalau tidak mengapa kami harus ngotot padahal biaya yang dihabiskan untuk tampil di festival sangat banyak. Kami hanya ingin kejadian seperti ini biar tidak terus terjadi di kemudian hari, sehingga semangat berkesenian terus tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik di Badung," imbuhnya. (sug)
