The Father of Angklung Daeng Sutigna first created the diatonic angklung in 1938. Until now, angklung still has to face many challenges of identity to be acknowledged as one of world’s standard music instruments. One major problem is that there is no firm standard yet in constructing, tuning, forming, playing, and compositing angklung. Another problem is that until today, an angklung music community as a media of education and industrialization of the angklung music hasn’t been founded yet. Through this website we would like to ask you who have a great concern to the development of angklung to pass this piece of information to the world in order to support this developing music instrument. Through this website we would like to convey an angklung-ical activity to an angklung team or community and hopefully someday the industrialization of angklung can be realized. ImageMetrotvnews.com, Jakarta: Klaim Pemerintah Malaysia terhadap budaya Indonesia sangat meresahkan masyarakat. Maklum, klaim tersebut merambah ke banyak khasanah budaya. Kain batik merupakan salah satu khazanah budaya Indonesia yang pertama kali diklaim oleh Malaysia. Tiba-tiba Malaysia memperkenalkan kain batik sebagai barang buatan asli Malaysia ke mancanegara di awal tahun 2000.

Para perajin batik di Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah, sempat mengeluhkan tindakan Pemerintah Malaysia yang akan mematenkan batik sebagai barang buatan mereka. Tidak berhenti di situ. Lagu Rasa Sayange juga diklaim sebagai milik Malaysia. Menurut Pemerintah Malaysia, lagu Rasa Sayange dibuat pada 1907 oleh orang Malaysia.

Selain itu mereka juga mengklaim bahwa tarian Barongan yang sangat mirip dengan reog Ponorogo adalah milik mereka. Klaim ini karena reog sudah lahir dahulu kala pada saat Indonesia dan Malaysia berada dalam satu rumpun, yaitu rumpun melayu.

Sejumlah kekayaan budaya Indonesia yang diklaim, yaitu lagu khas Betawi yang berjudul Jali-Jali dan musik angklung. Makanan rendang yang merupakan makanan khas daerah Padang pun sudah diklaim sebagai makanan rumpun Melayu atau makanan Malaysia.

Dan yang baru Malaysia juga mengklaim bahwa bahasa Indonesia merupakan bahasa Malaysia atau bahasa Melayu. Ini pernah diucapkan oleh Wakil Duta Besar Malaysia untuk Indonesia Datuk Abdul Aziz Harun beberapa hari lalu. Menurutnya, semua khasanah budaya ini sudah ada di Malaysia sejak ratusan tahun lalu.

Aksi protes atas klaim dari Malaysia ini sudah dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Mereka juga menyatakan bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia kurang tegas dalam menyikapi klaim dari Malaysia.

Namun, Malaysia menuduh media-media Indonesia terlalu membesarkan berita-berita ini, sehingga memunculkan konflik. Saat ini Pemerintah Indonesia masih melakukan penelitian atas khasanah budaya Indonesia.

Menteri Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Jero Wacik menyatakan, Pemerintah Indonesia dan Malaysia sudah melakukan kesepakatan untuk menentukan grey area untuk menentukan batas area kepemilikan. Kebudayaan ini boleh digunakan oleh Malaysia, namun tetap merupakan milik Indonesia. Pihaknya berjanji dalam waktu dekat akan menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian dan kesepakatan ini ke masyarakat.(DOR)
